Refund Eligibility
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly plans once billed.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests made within 14 days of initial purchase may be eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
- Setup or Custom Services: One-time setup or custom development services are non-refundable once delivered.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@wambuicreative.com with your account email and invoice number. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
